Ross and Rachel decided to compound and breaking up with Bonnie. So Rachel wrote a long letter to express her feelings, the letter proposed that  Ross should take over all responsibility for the error, but Rose can not accept that, then they quickly broke up.

Wedding as usual, but in the end in front of the priest at the wedding, Ross was doing the vows and he treats Emily as Rachel.
